Hello again, friends. The EOSB welcomes you to another fine edition of Saints Linkage. The Saints had the morning off, hence, I had the morning off. But the afternoon is full of fun and heat...and Saints links.

Reggie Bush, that lightning rod of interest, says he's nearly 100 percent and is hoping his health leads to a good season. He's also looking to put the USC shenanigans behind him.

The Saints were nearly the best in the NFL a season ago in takeaways. Yet, secondary coach Dennis Allen said that's precisely where his unit needs to improve.

In the morning practice, Jeremy Shockey played to the crowd in attendance. In the afternoon session, Drew Brees was, well, perfect.

In a wonderfully produced WWL-TV.com video short, Scott Cody said it's apparent the run game is being focused on right now. In an equally awe-inspiring video short, Juan Kincaid said it was the young running backs who were catching his attention.
