Free agent linebacker Jo-Lonn Dunbar agreed to terms with the St. Louis Rams, ending his four-year career with the Saints.

Dunbar tweeted his team change Monday morning.

An undrafted rookie free agent out of Boston College in 2008, Dunbar caught on with the Saints as a hard-nosed special teams player, earning praise for clutch tackles on kickoffs.

In the latter part of his time in New Orleans, however, he earned praise for being a smart, talented backup who filled in wherever he was needed.

In 2011, he started 14 of 16 games, including five games at middle linebacker for Jonathan Vilma, who missed with a knee injury.

Dunbar recorded 119 tackles and two sacks with New Orleans and forced two fumbles.
