MANDEVILLE, La. - Some of the heaviest weather moved through St. Tammany Parish around noon on Thursday.

St. Tammany authorities have not received reports on flooding or damage.

Sandbags are available in Tangipahoa Parish until 3:30 p.m. at the Road and Bridge offices in Hammond and Roseland. (Get more information on sandbags, road closures and high water issues in Tangipahoa.)

Both of the parishes are closely monitoring river levels, which could be impacted by delayed rising on Friday, similar to what occurred during Hurricane Isaac.

Washington Parish officials said they experienced heavy rain. Officials have reports of wind damage to vehicles and a business along Highway 16 in the Enon community, which is south of Franklinton.
