NEW ORLEANS Police are asking for the public's help finding a man in connection with a double shooting in the 6th Ward that left one man dead, according to the New Orleans Police Department.

The shooting occurred on March 22 around 5 p.m. in the 2100 block of St. Ann Street. A 30-year-old man died at the scene and a 39-year-old man was hit in the ankle.

Police released a photograph of the person of interest. According to NOPD, the man pictured is not a suspect, but he may have information about the incident.
