The arraignment hearing of 15 people, all said to be part of the '110ers' gang, began Friday morning with one of the largest security presences seen in court in some time.

Fourteen of the 15 arrested were in court, where they entered a not guilty plea. Nearly 23 deputies and most of NOPD gang task force were present for the arraignment. The first count, the racketeering one, alone took more than one hour to get through.
