MARRERO, La. -- The Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office has arrested two men and are looking for a third in connection with a double shooting that left one person dead Tuesday.

According to Sheriff Newell Normand, 25-year-old Kevin Hicks and 21-year-old Tommie 'Tucker' Molette have been arrested and booked with first degree murder and attempted first degree murder.

22-year-old Kevias Hicks, Kevin Hicks' brother still remains at large and attempts to locate him have so far been unsuccessful.

The three men were wanted in connection with the October 8, fatal shooting of 20-year-old Deshon Evans, and the shooting of a 19-year-old man, according to the Sheriff's Office.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Kevias Hicks is asked to call the JP Homicide Division at 504-364-5300 or Crimestoppers at 504-822-1111.
