David Mobley, 60, Brien Street, Houma is being held at the parish jail, a bond has not been set for his release.

Around 4:40 a.m. Houma police officers responded to a home on Myrtle Street where a resident said someone had broken into a neighbor's home while they were away.

When officers approached the home, they allegedly saw a shirtless Mobley inside.
