The pharmacy, at 120 Washington St., and surrounding businesses were evacuated Tuesday morning, the Assumption Parish Sheriff's Office said. After a team confirmed it was safe, people were allowed to return to work about an hour later.The team found the caller's Napoleonville address through the pharmacy's caller ID, deputies said. Officials talked to the boy's mother first, then the boy admitted to calling in the bomb threat.The boy, whose name will not be released because he is a minor, was booked with communication of false information of a planned arson, deputies said. He is being held at the St. James Youth Detention Center, and a hearing before a judge will take place next week.The Sheriff's Office also worked with State Police and officials with the state Fusion Center.
