NEWORLEANS - When the shuttle program ended in 2011, it also brought to an end hundreds of jobs at the Michoud Assembly Facility in New Orleans East.

But now, space exploration is on the road to recovery at Michoud, as there are two new space systems that will one day take man farther into space than ever before.

Michoud also has tenants that aren't NASA, and they're looking for more as they can provide instant infrastructure.
