NEWORLEANS-- Police are investigating the fatal shooting of a 38-year-old man in the St. Roch neighborhood, according to the New Orleans Police Department.

Around 5 p.m. Saturday, the victim was shot multiple times at the intersection of North Derbigny and Mandeville streets, according to police.

When police arrived, man was unresponsive on the scene, and the victim was pronounced dead on the scene, according to police.
