According to Harahan Police Chief Mac Dickinson, Bonnie Coleman was found with no pulse and was unresponsive when units arrived to the 2100 block of Hickory Avenue.

The incident occurred around 7 p.m., according to Dickinson.

Police located a suspect, Tamatha Cavet, 43, according to Dickinson, nearby at the intersection of Sawmill Road and Dock Avenue. She was driving a blue 2007 Dodge with damage to the front end of the vehicle and the vehicle had blood stains on it as well.
