NEW ORLEANS Hornets guard Eric Gordon will sit out once again tonight as he continues to move forward from the nagging right knee injury that has kept him out of 38 games so far this season.

Roger Mason Jr. will get the start, coach Monty Williams said, giving the Hornets a little more size at the guard position against Golden Start's frontcourt.

Additionally, Williams said Greivis Vasquez will likely see fewer minutes after playing 118 of a possible 144 on the road the past week.

'He played a ton of minutes last night,' Williams said of Vasquez, who was in for nearly 40 minutes Sunday. 'I'll be checking with him throughout the game to see where he is (physically), but I'll start Roger to have some more size. Darius (Miller) may see some more time, as well as Terrell (Harris).'

Gordon has been on a back-to-back restriction this season, not playing the second night of those scenarios. He missed the first six weeks of the season while he was a rehabilitation stint in California as he worked on the right knee.
