ST. MARY PARISH, La Authorities are investigating into a bank robbery on Southeast Blvd. where the suspect took nearly $2,400 Saturday morning.

The robber entered Teche Federal Bank in Bayou Vista at 8:40 a.m. and told the teller he was carrying an explosive device, detectives said. The suspect then left the bank with the money and ran down Arlington Street, according to authorities.

Detectives said they need help identifying the suspect who can be seen on video surveillance.
