BATONROUGE -- LSU running back Jeremy Hill has been reinstated with the football team after fellow teammates voted to have him back with squad, according to head coach Les Miles.

Miles said he has not decided how much playing time, if any, Hill will see with the football team.

Hill did practice with Tigers Monday. But Miles added that Hill will face further internal punishment from the team, though he declined to elaborate.

Hills' reinstatement comes after Baton Rouge Judge Bonnie Jackson cleared the way for Hill to rejoin the team Monday by not giving him jail time on his guilty conviction for simple battery from an arrest in April. He was already on probation for a previous conviction of carnal knowledge of a juvenile

Hill is seen on cell phone video punching a man outside a Baton Rouge bar.

Hill is under a curfew, but the curfew does not extend to school related activities, including football.
