NEW ORLEANS -- No one was injured in a three-alarm blaze Saturday night in Jefferson Parish.

The fire began in the 8700 block of Sheldon Street at around 8:50 p.m., and firefighters were on the scene within five minutes.

There were no injuries sustained in the fire.

Firefighters were able to put the fire under control by 10 p.m., about an hour after the blaze began.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
