NEWORLEANS-- The head of LSU's Alumni Association on Wednesday denied allegations that he paid off a former employee with whom he was having a sexual affair.
The allegations against Charlie Roberts are detailed in a lawsuit filed by Kay Heath. The former marketing employee accuses Roberts of trying to pay her off with monthly checks after their relationship ended.
Heath also alleges that several members of the alumni association knew about their affair. Policy forbids members from having such relationships.
