HOUMA, La. - A Houma man is charged with 20 counts of possessing child pornography, the state attorney general's office said.

Brad Hebert, 49, 119 Wimbleton Street, was arrested Friday as part of a joint investigation with federal, state and Terrebonne officials.He was charged with a state law forbidding producing, distributing, possessing, or possessing with the intent to distribute child pornography.The attorney general's high technology crime unit investigates computer crimes like identity theft, Internet fraud and cyber-stalking, but most of their investigations involve crimes against children, according to the attorney general's office.To report suspected cases of Internet crime, call 1-800-256-4506.
