The LSU Board of Supervisors unanimously approved improvements to Tiger Stadium that will push the capacity to 100,000.

The south end zone will be enclosed, adding 3,000 new club seats and 60 new luxury suites to a stadium that's already one of the six largest in the SEC.

Athletics Director Joe Alleva pitched the idea to the board, dangling the carrot of no state money being used to fund the expansion.
