NEW ORLEANS, La. It is now a waiting game for former New Orleans mayor Ray Nagin.
In four months, on his birthday, June 11, Nagin will find out just how many years he'll spend behind bars for the twenty charges the jury convicted him on in Federal Court.
Nagin's lead defense attorney, Robert Jenkins, says the fight is not over.
Joining the Eyewitness Morning News to discuss the details of the trial and to look ahead to the sentencing phase of the process, are two men who've been following this case from the beginning, WWL-TV Investigator David Hammer, and Gordon Russell of The New Orleans Advocate.
