NEWORLEANS-- Police are reporting another home invasion in the university area, the latest occurring Friday afternoon.

It happened near the intersection of Broadway and Spruce streets at about 3 p.m. Friday.

According to the Tulane Police Department, a man answered the door to the home and found two men on his doorstep. One of the men pulled out a gun and the two forced their way into the home.

Once inside, the two men ordered the victim to lay down on the couch while they searched the home for drugs. They then fled the home down Spruce Street and toward the direction of Audubon Park.

The two men were driving a maroon sedan, but the make and model are unknown.

The first suspect is said to be a 16- to 18-year old black man, about 5'9' tall and weighing about 135 pounds. He was wearing either a red shirt or hat and blue jeans. He had thin mustache.

The second suspect is a black man in his mid-20s. He was wearing a grey hoodie.
