NEW ORLEANS ― Saints running back Pierre Thomas has been ruled out for the third game in a row with an ankle injury he suffered late in New Orleans' Sept. 26 game against Atlanta.

Additionally, cornerback Randall Gay won't play Sunday in New Orleans' Sunday noon game at Tampa Bay because of lingering head issues dating back to a concussion he suffered in the Atlanta game.

Linebacker Scott Shanle (hamstring) did not practice and safety Roman Harper (hamstring) was limited, but both are listed as probable for the game.

Defensive end Will Smith (groin) is questionable after being limited all week. He missed this past Sunday's loss at Arizona.

Everyone else other than cornerback Tracy Porter (knee) and running back Reggie Bush (fibula) is listed as probable for the Saints.

Meanwhile, for Tampa Bay, center Jeff Faine has been ruled out while defensive end Kyle Moore (shoulder), receiver Mike Williams (foot) and cornerback Elbert Mack (foot) are questionable.
