LSU's first full day in town began in the Superdome with the team's first practice, 15 minutes of which was open to the media.

It was an early start for Les Miles' Bayou Bengals. Wake-up call was at 6:45 a.m., on the field by 9 a.m., getting acclimated to the Superdome surface.

This is the first time the Tigers have been in the 'Dome since 2008, the year they won their last national championship.

They've returned with a bit of a chip on their shoulders, anxious to prove they're college football's best team ever.
