NEW ORLEANS, La. The big question from Federal Court Monday in the federal corruption trial of former Mayor Ray Nagin, is will there be verdict?
The jury is expected to have the case in their hands, sometime during the day, as the testimony phase of the trial is now over, and closing arguments are set to begin at 9:00 a.m.
The jury will have a plethora of evidence to consider from the prosecution and twenty-one counts to consider with the final verdict.
Standing by at Federal Court with a breakdown of the case from both the prosecution side and the defense side, is WWL-TV Investigator David Hammer, and Gordon Russell from The New Orleans Advocate.
