KENNER, La. - A Kenner man was charged with looting luggage stolen from a baggage claim carousel at Armstrong International Airport.

Several witnesses saw Nathan Burton, 26, grab two bags from a conveyor belt at the airport on Friday, according to investigators.

Another witness was in the men's restroom when Burton entered and allegedly began ransacking the bags. The witness notified airport police and Burton was arrested.

He was booked with two counts of theft and illegal possession of an anti-anxiety drug.
