10: Limit the junk foods to no more than 1 time a week.

7: If you are currently drinking soft drinks, cut the amount in half or cut them out completely.
6: Take 20 minutes to yourself everyday
5: Take a multivitamin/mineral
4: Increase your daily pure water intake
3: Eat meals off a smaller plate
2: Before or after work, get in a habit of walking 20 minutes around your neighborhood.
1: Start moving. Get a pedometer and take over 8,000-10,000 steps a day.
