Police arrested two suspects who were at-large for a robbery in Jefferson Parish, according to a statement by JP police spokesman Col. John Fortunato.

The robbery occurred on South Forest Lawn Drive, police said.

Tuesday morning, Fredericks Carter was arrested by officers from the West Bank Major Crimes Task Force in the 700 block of Deerrun Lane, and Delacie Phillips was arrested later in the afternoon by NOPD officers in the 3500 block of Timberwolf Lane in Algiers, police said.

Police booked Carter and Phillips with two counts of armed robbery.

While Carter has no prior arrests, according to police, Phillips has a long list of arrests, including attempted first-degree murder, simple burglary, criminal mischief and curfew violations.
