A 19-year-old man was arrested by the New Orleans Police Department. He is accused of killing one man and shooting a 17-year-old man in Mid-City.

Justin Hall turned himself in Thursday evening.  Hall allegedly shot two men, one of whom died, inside a house in the 2900 block of Banks Street on May 1, according to police.

Homicide Detective Orlando Matthews is in charge of the investigation.
