Bill Capo speaks to cookbook author Holly Clegg, who has a delicious "Party Punch" recipe for the second installment of this year's 12 for the Road:
• 10 oz can of frozen Strawberry Daquiri concentrate, thawed
• 12 oz can of frozen Fruit Punch concentrate, thawed
• 12 oz can frozen Cranberry Juice concentrate, thawed
• 64 oz bottle of light Apple Juice
• 1 liter Diet Sprite
• 1 qt strawberries, stemmed and halved
• 1 kiwi peeled and cut in pieces
Finely chop strawberries and kiwi, leaving in pieces. In a large punch bowl, mix strawberry daquiri, fruit punch, cranberry juice, apple juice, and Sprite. Stir in fruit and add ice as desired. Makes 16 servings.
