Bill Capo speaks to fitness expert Mackie Shilstone, who has a recipe for "Mackie's Smoothie Blast" for the 11th installment of this year's 12 for the Road:
• Small green pear with skin
• 1/2 small banana
• 3 large strawberries
• 1 pack of orange flavored Effer-C
• 1 scoop of vanilla Amplify whey protein
• 1/2 cup of ice
• Splash of water
Cut a small pear with the skin into cubes. Add the pear, half of a banana, and three strawberries into the blender. Add one pack of Effer-C, scoop of Amplify whey protein, ice, and splash of water to the blender. Blend until smooth!
