NEW ORLEANS - On Friday afternoon, Derek Kevra taught us about a rare cloud formation.
"This 'hole punch cloud' traveled over Plaquemines Parish this morning. These form when airplanes fly through Cirrus clouds and evaporate them. This creates a hole in the clouds! Super rare!" Kevra said.
