It's been a month and a half since Hurricane Isaac sat off the Plaquemines Parish coast for days, drenching neighborhoods with waves of water, sometimes as high as ten feet.
The clean up is over, but many are waiting to hear about financial assistance before deciding whether to rebuild.
Benny Puckett, the grant administrator for Plaquemines Parish, filled in President Billy Nungesser on Wednesday. He discussed the possibility of buy-out, demolition and elevation options.
