NEW ORLEANS - Besides the wind damage and possible flooding that could stem from a hurricane, power outages are an issue too, but even more so, an inconvenience.

Melonie Hall, director of customer service for Entergy New Orleans, and Manny Silver, regional customer service manager for Entergy Louisiana, gave us important information we need to know for when the lights go out.
