NEW ORLEANS -- With Thanksgiving just days away, that means one thing: It's turkey time.

Turkeys are flying off grocery shelves across the city in anticipation of the big holiday.

But what's the best way to prepare a turkey for Thursday's meal? We visited Andrea Apuzzo at his restaurant in Metairie, Andrea's New Orleans Italian Restaurant, to find out in this week's How It's Done.
