NEW ORLEANS -- When you head to the parades this Mardi Gras season, expect to see plenty of NOLA Brewery cans in the hands of parade-goers.

The beer company has become a local favorite since it began brewing in 2009, in no small part due to the can container that's allowed on the city's streets and parade route.

But make no mistake -- their Tchoupitoulas brewery makes delicious beer, led by its golden delight, the Blonde Ale.

So how exactly does NOLA Brewing create such a tasty beer? We took a trip to the Irish Channel to find out in this week's How It's Done.
