NEW ORLEANS -- Whether you're looking for hot jalapeno, salt and vinegar or Cajun style potato chips, Zapp's has you covered.

The potato chip company has been a staple in southeast Louisiana for decades and serves out some of the most popular chips in the Gulf Coast. And since they opened in 1985, they've managed to expand and make Zapp's a household name across the country.

Richard Gaudry of Zapp's gave us a tour of their factory in Gramercy to show us how exactly their chips are done.
