NEW ORLEANS - Organizers of Sunday's second line said a great day and a great tradition were both tarnished when Akein Scott allegedly opened fire in a crowd.

The violence has the city's cultural community both saddened and frustrated.

Edward Buckner, the president of the Original Big 7 Social Aid and Pleasure Club, stopped by the Eyewitness Morning News on Tuesday.
