Some would say you haven't had a true Jazz Fest experience without getting your hands on crawfish bread. It's one of the most popular dishes each year at the festival.       

The makers of that delicious dish, Mr. John Ed Laborde of Panaroma Foods out of Marksville, La., spoke with the Eyewitness Morning News crew about the bread.
