Laura Buchtel/WWL-TV Morning Meteorologist
Clouds will increase today along with the temperatures. Highs will reach the lower to middle 60s this afternoon. Along with those clouds we could see a stray shower or two. We'll keep a 10% chance for rain in the forecast for the afternoon.
A line of heavy showers will move into the area early tomorrow morning. Best chance for rain will come between 5am and 9am. But even as the front moves off the coastline, there could be a few lingering shower or areas of drizzle afterwards. Skies will clear Saturday night and temperatures will fall on Sunday. Highs Sunday will only sit in the middle 50s, but it may feel more like the 40s.
