NEW ORLEANS - Gov. Bobby Jindal announced an ambitious tax reform proposal.
Under his plan, there would be no corporate or individual income tax.
But as a result, there would be an increase in some sales taxes.
For Louisiana Treasurer John Kennedy, there are some questions he thinks voters should ask before endorsing the proposal.
