NEW ORLEANS -- Tiffany Junot shocked the boxing world when she went to California and won a decision, taking the WBC World Title from Mia St. John.

Junot told Eyewitness News it was a dream come true, but her ultimate dream was to defend her title in her home town of New Orleans.

Junot got that chance Friday night. Although it wasn't a title fight, Junot took down Lakesha Williams and improved her record to 11-3-1.
