NEW ORLEANS - Police have arrested a man allegedly responsible for a murder in the 300 block of N. Miro Street, according to New Orleans Police Department spokesperson Officer Hilal Williams.
21-year-old Aaron Picard was arrested at Police Headquarters and booked accordingly with count of second-degree murder. Police believe that Picard is responsible for killing 19-year-old Ronald Lenox.
