NEW ORLEANS -- It was a welcome surprise for students at Martin Behrman Charter Schools in Algiers.
Grammy nominated jazz musician Troy "Trombone Shorty" Andrews, Mayor Mitch Landrieu and students from the Martin Behrman Band played together to celebrate the donation of music instruments.
The instruments were donated through Andrews' foundation and created to his specifications.
This is Landrieu's second year teaming with Andrews for the event.
