Conditions deteriorating in Plaquemines Parish as Hurricane Isaac approaches

More than 3,000 Plaquemines Parish residents were without power by 2:30 p.m. Tuesday as Hurricane Isaac moved closer to landfall. Some residents told Maya Rodriguez that they were comfortable with riding the storm out at home.
