Isaac evacuees at Houston SPCA

Dozens of dogs and cats from Louisiana are getting some tender loving care in Houston. The Houston SPCA agreed to accept the Hurricane Isaac evacuees from the St. Bernard Parish Animal Control Center in Louisiana.
