St. Bernard officials aiding Plaquemines Parish rescue effort

St. Bernard Parish President Dave Peralta is aiding Plaquemines Parish deal with rescue efforts after levee overtopping. Peralta said they left enough assets in St. Bernard to cover that parish while they’re helping their neighbors.
