'Water keeps rising' in Tangipahoa, says parish president

Torrential rains from Tropical Storm Issac dumped huge amounts of water on the Northshore and sent a tidal surge into southern Tangipahoa Parish, flooding out residents and businesses as residents are still looking for help.
