Councilman Charbonnet: A lot of work still needs to be done in District E

After District E City Councilman Jon Johnson resigned and pleaded guilty to federal corruption charges, the city council chose attorney Ernest "Freddie" Charbonnet to fill that seat as an interim councilman.
