Corps of Engineers: Federal levee system had 'minimal' negative impact during Isaac

Since Hurricane Isaac, a lot of people have questioned whether the post-Katrina federal levee system pushed more water into areas outside the system. Friday, the Corps of Engineers announced its answer.
