It’s hard to pick a 2013 Jazz Fest headliner to single out, but here are some of them: Frank Ocean, The Black Keys, Fleetwood Mac, Billy Joel, Widespread Panic, Hall & Oates, Maroon 5, Willie Nelson and John Mayer.
