Krewe of Little Rascals rolls in Metairie

Metairie welcomed its first parade of the Carnival season on Sunday. The kid Krewe of Little Rascals rolled down the Veterans route in the afternoon. More than 200 children rode on 16 floats for the 30th annual Little Rascals Parade.
